You can do it during the 60 days following receipt of the order:

• Through our physical stores: you can locateaquí your nearest store.
• Through the online store: identify yourself and follow the steps indicated in the MY ACCOUNT/RETURNS section. After verifying all the data, we will send a carrier to pick up your order in the next 24-48 hours (working days).
