How can I return a purchased item?
In Boboli you can return an online purchase in two ways:
- Via our stores. You can locate your nearest store here.
- Via the online store. To return an item you must log in at the online store and follow the steps indicated in the section MY ACCOUNT/RETURNS. After verifying the information, we will send a courier to collect your order within 24-48 hours (weekdays).
The garments you wish to return must be in perfect condition and have their original tags.
Swimwear and underwear cannot be returned.
A Gift Card can be returned via boboli.com. You do not have to return the actual card.

How do I return an item with a Gift Ticket?
You can return an item with a Gift Ticket via a store or the website. For more information please go to the Gift Ticket section.
What is the time limit for returning an item?
Any item can be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order. Retours until 10/01/2020.
Do I have to pay anything for returning an item?
In Boboli returning an item is always free of charge.
How will I get a refund of the amount paid?
-If the item is returned to a store, you will be given a voucher for the sum of the returned item. This voucher can only be used in the store in which it was issued.
-If the item is returned via the online store and has been approved, the amount paid for the returned item will be refunded using the same procedure you used to make the payment.
When will I receive the refund?
If the return is approved, you will receive an email that confirms the approval and the amount will be paid into your account in a few days. (Do remember that a payment made into your credit card will always depend on your bank).
What should I do if the amount refunded is incorrect?
Please contact our Customer Service Department, which will solve the problem as soon as possible.
