How can I change or return an online purchase?

If you are not happy with your order, you have  60 days to return the items to us FREE OF CHARGE.

The ability to exchange one garment or size for another  is currently not available.

What are the return conditions?

- Items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them.

- For hygiene reasons, some items cannot be exchanged or returned: masks, gels, toiletries, swimsuit and underwear.

Free home pickup

Fill out the online application to collect your return and we will send a transport company to the address you provided - making it easy for you!

To do this, you must log in to the online shop and follow the steps specified in the  My Account/Returns section. After we have checked all the data, we will send a carrier to pick up your order within the next  24-72 hours (working days).

Please have your package ready on the day of pickup to make returns easier. Simply place the items you want to return. If you need a new one, download it from  My Account.

How and when will I receive my refund?

The refund will be made using the same payment method as when purchasing.

It may take up to7 business days for your package to arrive at our warehouse. Once it arrives, we will process the refund after checking the items within  48 hours (business days).

We will notify you by email once the refund has been made. From this point on, depending on the bank, the amount will reach your account within  3 to 12 working days.
