If something isn't quite what you expected, no worries! 😊 At boboli, we want online shopping to be easy and stress-free — including when you need to make a return.

CONDITIONS FOR MAKING A RETURN

To do this, just keep these conditions in mind:

  • Return window: you have 30 days to request a return.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.
  • Swimwear is accepted for return provided the protective wrapping and original security seals are intact.
  • For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be exchanged or returned (briefs and boxers), in line with applicable consumer protection regulations.
  • Returns must be made in the same market or region where the purchase was made.
  • Gift Card returns are handled directly through your online account, and there's no need to send it back physically.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

If you have a boboli account

Log in with your email and password and go to My Account > My Orders. Select the order to return, click Return, indicate the item and the reason, choose the return method, and select Process Return. Once we receive your request, we'll process it within 24–48 business hours.

If you checked out as a guest

You can also manage your return from Track Your Order in the site menu, entering the email address used for the purchase and your order number. Once inside, click Request Return, indicate the item and the reason, choose the return method, and select Process Return.

HOME PICKUP

You can also return your items from home with our free pickup service. Once your request is approved, the courier will collect the package at the address provided within 24–48 business hours — remember to include a copy of the delivery note inside the package.

Note: during periods of high demand, this service may be temporarily unavailable.

WITHDRAWAL FORM

Under applicable consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. At boboli, we extend this period to 30 days. This right of withdrawal does not apply to swimwear or underwear once the seal has been broken, for health and hygiene protection reasons.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply go to My Account > Returns.
